Go to Customer record. Click on ‘Generate GC’ button. Enter the points and then click on Generate GC button then a Gift card will be generated.
When will customer gets loyalty points for any transaction?
If both customer and the item are eligible for loyalty program, then only customer will get loyalty points.
How to redeem Loyalty points in sales order?
Open sales order Record. Select customer name, item, and all required fields. Before saving the record, click on ‘Apply Loyalty Points’ button. A page will open where you can enter how many points you want to redeem in ‘Redeem points’ field, then save the record.
How can we check whether the customer is loyalty eligible or not?
Open Customer record. Go to ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ tab. Check the Loyalty eligible checkbox. If it is checked, then the customer is eligible for Loyalty program.
The quantity for items is zero in the Walmart Seller Center.
Please check that the quantity is greater than zero in NetSuite for the given location. If the quantity field is empty, the quantity will be updated to zero.

Tracking numbers are updated from the tracking details provided in the item fulfillment records in NetSuite to Walmart Seller Center. There might be any missing information (ex. tracking number, shipping method, Walmart order ID, etc.). Please make sure all the required information is provided. Walmart orders are not imported into the NetSuite.
An error record will be created in case there is any missing information while importing the order. We can resolve this by providing the missing information into the error record and saving the record by checking the “resolve error” checkbox as true.
How to select default account for Inventory Adjustments in WMS?
Go to Netscore WMS Mobile Setup Record. Find the field with the name” DEFAULT ACCOUNT.” It will display all the list of accounts in NetSuite. Select the desired Account and save the Setup Record. By default this account will be shown in Inventory Adjustment Module.
How to select Primary Location by default in WMS?
Go the user employee record. Under NetScore WMS Setup Tab, we can find a field name “LOCATION”. Select the Location and save the employee record. This location will be displayed by default after user logged into the WMS Application.
