  3. How can we check whether the customer is loyalty eligible or not?
  • Open Customer record.
  • Go to ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ tab.
  • Check the Loyalty eligible checkbox. If it is checked, then the customer is eligible for Loyalty program.
