How to extend my order?

We can find the button name as “Rental Extend”. Just click on that button and add the required data and save the screen. Extend will work after the item was shipped.

We are unable to put this item on a rental order due to NetSuite saying it doesn’t have the quantity for it?

We cannot cancel the order if it shipped. We need to return the order.
