How to reprocess an Error record ?

To reprocess an error record please go to Shopify error record and edit the record. And then, Enable the check box called “Reprocess” and save the record. Please find the Navigation below.

Orders are not importing into NetSuite.

Make sure the “Order Import” Process check box has been enabled in “Setup record”. We are having a feature called Error Order Record Handling in Netsuite, named as “Complete Error Record” where you can see the error orders and we have explained how to process, Navigation.

How to reprocess an error record which has come up with “Item not found” Error ?

Add the same item of Shopify in Netsuite, shown in the below diagram. If you click on the “list” as shown below, you will get the list of all the items, select the item associated with the Shopify order’s item. And then, Enable the check box called “Reprocess” and save the record.

Items are showing out of stock when customers are trying to order in Shopify

Check the inventory of the product in Netsuite. Make sure that a field in Shopify “Track Inventory” is enabled.

SETUP RECORD

Navigation for Setup Record Shopify->Shopify Setting ->Shopify Settings You can see the setup record as shown in below diagram. Sample Setup Record where you can see all the fields for processes.

Inventory not syncing

Make sure that you have enabled (checked) the “Inventory Update” field in Setup Record , if you zoom in little bit, can see it. Also check the Inventory is available for that product in NetSuite.

Items Fields for exporting

Make sure that the item export check box is checked, you can see the picture upon clicking on the above link, once the Product/Item got exported remaining field ids will be auto populated.

Imported Order details are not matching with Shopify order details

We import Shopify order details into Netsuite sales order based on the ‘Field Mapping Document”, so please check the “Field Mapping Document”.

New Customers are not importing into NetSuite?

We search for shopify customer email in Netsuite, if shopify customer email doesn’t match with in Netsuite customer, connector will create a new customer.

Tracking Number is not Exported to Shopify?

Check the tracing number is available are not for that fulfilment in Netsuite. Make sure that “Shipment Export” check box is checked in the Setup record in Netsuite.
