Walmart orders are not imported into the NetSuite. 

An error record will be created in case there is any missing information while importing the order. We can resolve this by providing the missing information into the error record and saving the record by checking the “resolve error” checkbox as true.

Tracking details not updated from NetSuite to Walmart.

Tracking numbers are updated from the tracking details provided in the item fulfillment records in NetSuite to Walmart Seller Center. There might be any missing information (ex. tracking number, shipping method, Walmart order ID, etc.). Please make sure all the required information is provided. The quantity for items is zero in the Walmart Seller Center.

Please check that the quantity is greater than zero in NetSuite for the given location. If the quantity field is empty, the quantity will be updated to zero.

The item was not exported to the Walmart Seller Center

We need to make sure the “EXPORT ITEM TO WALMART” check box must be checked. Check if all mandatory fields are populated under the Walmart Subtab while the item is being exported.
