- Make sure you mapped the appropriate payment methods for Shopify payment methods on setup record.
- Go to setup record where you will find a subtab called “Shopify Payment Mapping”.
- Give your Shopify payment method in “Name” field and add the Netsuite payment method for that Shopify payment method, check the sample screen shot below.
