  • Make sure you mapped the appropriate shipping method on setup record
  • Go to setup record where you will find a subtab called “Shopify Shipping Mapping”.
  • Give your Shopify Shipping method in “Name” field and add the Netsuite Shipping method for that Shopify Shipping method, check the sample screen shot below.
