Can we change the points earned by the customer for the loyalty events? If, yes where can we modify them?

• Yes, you can change the points earned by the customer for any loyalty event.
• Place your cursor on ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ Tab.
• Click on ‘Loyalty Rewards App Setup’.
• Then enter the points earned for the events in points configuration page.
• Then click on finish button.
