Orders are not importing into NetSuite?

  • Please check the error records in NetSuite, navigation is eBay Center tabàeBay OrdersàeBay Complete error record.
    • To fix the error, review the error record and enter the necessary information before clicking the “ERROR RESOLVED” box and save the record. As a result, our connector reprocesses the error record, and the order is consequently generated automatically in NetSuite.
  • If the token expires on eBay, the order will not import into NetSuite, notify the developer so that we can update the data to obtain a new token.
