Can we add/remove the points manually to the customer?

  • Yes, you can add/remove the points manually to the customers.
  • Go to ‘Customer’ Record.
  • Click on ‘Add/Remove Loyalty Points’ button.
  • A page will be opened.
  • Enter the points, comments and then submit the page.
  • Entered Points will be added to the customer.
