Orders are Coming with Mismatched Shipping Methods into Netsuite from Shopify?

Make sure you mapped the appropriate shipping method on setup record Go to setup record where you will find a subtab called “Shopify Shipping Mapping”. Give your Shopify Shipping method in “Name” field and add the Netsuite Shipping method for that Shopify Shipping method, check the sample screen shot below.

Give your Shopify payment method in “Name” field and add the Netsuite payment method for that Shopify payment method, check the sample screen shot below.

Make sure Shopify SKU matches with the Netsuite ITEM NAME/NUMBER.

Tracking Number is not Exported to Shopify?

Check the tracing number is available are not for that fulfilment in Netsuite. Make sure that “Shipment Export” check box is checked in the Setup record in Netsuite.

New Customers are not importing into NetSuite?

We search for shopify customer email in Netsuite, if shopify customer email doesn’t match with in Netsuite customer, connector will create a new customer.
