• First, we can do an error record reprocess by editing that error record.
• Based on the error messages, we can rectify those problems like below.
  1. If the error record is created with an invalid ITEM ID/SKU. Then add the valid item in the Error record and reprocess the error record.
  2. If it’s with an invalid payment or shipment method, then add the respected payment or shipment method in the setup record under the payment and shipping method tab.
  3. If you are unable to rectify the exact error, please reach out to us.

• We need to verify the credentials which we are using for the connection and make sure those credentials are without space.
• If you get any error, then we must go ahead based on that error. We must follow the guidelines provided by that error.

• First, we must check if there is any workflow assigned to that.
• Otherwise, we need to verify the script logic.

Yes, we can stop importing taxes at the time of the order import process.

For this, we just need to change the inventory update saved search to that warehouse.

• Check whether the order import check box is checked or not.
• In the connector setup record, make sure the order import process is enabled.
• Check whether the order was created as an error record or not. If yes, then add the missing details as mentioned in the error record and reprocess the order by checking the reprocess check box.
• If the error record is created with an invalid shipping method or invalid payment method error message, then add the respected ship/payment method in the connector setup record and reprocess the error record by checking the reprocess check box. The order will be created inside NetSuite.

• Check if there is any stock available in the NetSuite inventory. If stock is available, then we must check the connector inventory update process, or else, please add the items to the NetSuite inventory.
• An item will show as out of stock if there is a deficiency of items in the inventory.

• Yes, we need to update the password inside the NetSuite under the setup record.
• Navigation for the connector setup record is Magento => Magento Settings => Magento Setup Record.
• Update the password under the API KEY field.

If you miss the order, then we need to check the issue with the concerned developer.

• We need to make sure that we have given the correct field ID or not inside the script.
• Check that the process script status is “Released” for the respected role.
