We are unable to see the dollar symbol.
To see the dollar symbol, login to NetSuite, navigate through NetScore POS -> Setup, and then enable “allow price override for sale.”

To change your GL account, log in to NetSuite, navigate through NetScore POS -> Register/Shift Setup -> Register -> Open the related cash drawers, and update the account.
We are unable to login into the POS account.
Check if there is POS access for the email Id mentioned in the username. Recheck the password Validate the user licenses count in the NetSuite.
When does the POS search return “No Item Found”?
If the item record is inactive or is not displayed in POS because it is not enabled, the message “No Item Found” will appear. To resolve this issue, go to the item record and uncheck the inactive option in NetSuite.
There is a problem with the item and cannot be purchased at this time.
To resolve this error, we need to configure the price level of the location in the item record.
