Imported Order details are not matching with Shopify order details
We import Shopify order details into Netsuite sales order based on the ‘Field Mapping Document”, so please check the “Field Mapping Document”.
New Customers are not importing into NetSuite?
We search for shopify customer email in Netsuite, if shopify customer email doesn’t match with in Netsuite customer, connector will create a new customer.
Tracking Number is not Exported to Shopify?
Check the tracing number is available are not for that fulfilment in Netsuite. Make sure that “Shipment Export” check box is checked in the Setup record in Netsuite.
Orders are Coming with Mismatched Payment Methods into Netsuite from Shopify?
Make sure you mapped the appropriate payment methods for Shopify payment methods on setup record. Go to setup record where you will find a subtab called “Shopify Payment Mapping”. Please check the missed orders in error record list because if any shopify order has an issue while importing into Netsuite, it will go to the error record list.
How to change the order’s status from Pending Fulfilment to different status for future Orders?
To change the order status from pending fulfilment to any other status for future orders please update the field called “order status” in the setup record with your desired order status.
