Scripts are not triggering on field edits.
We need to make sure that we have given the correct field ID or not inside the script. Check that the process script status is “Released” for the respected role.
The connector is not working we are not getting orders in the NetSuite. Could you please check if the Token is expiring, or if it is related to other issues?
Mostly it happens due to NetSuite Maintenance mode. Sometimes it’s related to token-related issues.
