How to fix Orders not importing into NetSuite?

Ensure the IMPORT MFN ORDERS and IMPORT FBA ORDERS check boxes are enabled in Setup record.

If the checkboxes are checked and you still cannot find the order then,

Check the missed orders in the error record list, because if any amazon order has an issue while importing into NetSuite, it will go to the error record list.

We have a feature called Error Order Record Handling in NetSuite, named as “Amazon Error Record”, where you can see the error orders and we have explained how to process an “Amazon Error Record”.
