NetScore Point of Sale (POS) for NetSuite provides a powerful application that supports customer facing sales leveraging the power of the NetSuite ERP solution. The flexibility of the cloud-based solution provides an ideal tool for use in retail point of sale environments, front counter operations, mobile retail applications, and showrooms.
To see the dollar symbol, login to NetSuite, navigate through NetScore POS -> Setup, and then enable “allow price override for sale.”
- To apply a line-level discount, Add Items ->Click on the Dollar Symbol ->Add discount percent -> Update the discount accordingly.

- To update the default customer, login to NetSuite and navigate through NetScore POS -> Setup -> Configure -> Edit the record -> Got to Outlets Subtab -> Change the walk-in or guest customer.
- To add a category, login to NetSuite and navigate through NetScore POS -> Setup -> Configure -> Categories -> Create New Category.
To resolve this error, we need to configure the price level of the location in the item record.
- If the item record is inactive or is not displayed in POS because it is not enabled, the message “No Item Found” will appear. To resolve this issue, go to the item record and uncheck the inactive option in NetSuite.
- Check if there is POS access for the email Id mentioned in the username.
- Recheck the password
- Validate the user licenses count in the NetSuite.
- To change your GL account, log in to NetSuite, navigate through NetScore POS -> Register/Shift Setup -> Register -> Open the related cash drawers, and update the account.
- To access multiple locations, login to NetSuite, navigate through NetScore POS -> Setup -> Configure, find the respective employee under the sales rep subtab, and disable the checkbox “IS LOCATION FIXED”
- Please check if the price is configured in the item record.
