- Yes, you can change the points earned by the customer for any loyalty event.
- Place your cursor on ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ Tab.
- Click on ‘Loyalty Rewards App Setup’.
- Then enter the points earned for the events in points configuration page.
- Then click on finish button.
- Open Customer record.
- Go to ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ tab.
- Check the Loyalty eligible checkbox. If it is checked, then the customer is eligible for Loyalty program.
- Open sales order Record.
- Select customer name, item, and all required fields.
- Before saving the record, click on ‘Apply Loyalty Points’ button.
- A page will open where you can enter how many points you want to redeem in ‘Redeem points’ field, then save the record.
If both customer and the item are eligible for loyalty program, then only customer will get loyalty points.
- Go to Customer record.
- Click on ‘Generate GC’ button.
- Enter the points and then click on Generate GC button then a Gift card will be generated.
- Go to Customer record.
- Click on ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ sub tab.
- You can find all the loyalty related fields, points and sublist records.
- Place your cursor on ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ Tab.
- Click on ‘Tier Based’ and then new.
- A page will be opened.
- Select the Reward level, Points threshold, level and all the required fields and then save the record.
- Then a tier level record will be created.
- Go to Item Record.
- Click on ‘Netscore Loyalty Rewards’ subtab.
- Enter the value in the ‘SKU based Point’ field and then save the record.
- Navigate to Documents->templates->email templates.
- Click on ‘Email Templates’.
- You can find all the templates created for loyalty program.
- If you want to create new template, then click on new and enter the required details and then save the record.
- Yes, you can add/remove the points manually to the customers.
- Go to ‘Customer’ Record.
- Click on ‘Add/Remove Loyalty Points’ button.
- A page will be opened.
- Enter the points, comments and then submit the page.
- Entered Points will be added to the customer.
